Gail's fascination with the body, health and function started when competing as a full time athlete.  Gail represented Wales at the 1970 Commonwealth Games as a back stroke specialist enduring many gruelling years training in the pool. Commonwealth games records here.

Gail's father, a self educated nutrition and health maverick, preferring to eat 'raw foods', avoiding common categories including refined sugars and processed ingredients.

Later, Gail discovered a fascination for Osteopathy and was one of very few females to complete her qualifications during this period, studying Osteopathy directly after her schooling.  She opened her private clinic and has practiced in the Swansea area ever since, treating thousands of local residents for over 40 years.

Gail never ceases to absorb new information and has attended countless seminars and talks regarding health, treatment and advances in medicine and alternative therapies.
